Dry Fruit Halwa
🧺 Ingredients
- 100 grams each of coarsely ground
- cashews, walnuts, almonds and pistachios,
- ¾ of a cup of milk,
- 300 grams of sugar,
- 400 grams of khoya,
- 50 grams of raisins,
- 1 cup of ghee,
- 1 teaspoon of powdered green cardamom seeds
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Heat the ghee and fry the khoya

stirring all the time till it turns a light brown. Keep aside. Boil the milk

and add the sugar. Stir till the sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and mix well

with the khoya. Add the dry fruits, raisins and cardamom powder. Mix well. Spoon

this into a greased plate and smoothen with a flat spoon.

Cut into diamond shaped pieces and

serve.
